Good Dealership, Friendly Staff I have bought several vehicles from Mt. Ephraim over the past 10 years and have noticed lots of improvements in its sales and marketing approach. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Fabrizzio. who was professional, upfront and made me feel as through I was making the decision without those typical played out and antiquated aggressive sales tactic. If you are reading this and you are like me, I don't appreciate antiquated aggressive sales tactics and just want to buy a vehicle at a fair price and more importantly in a relaxing environment. Joe Fabrizzio does a great job at making you feel like a customer and not just another sales number on the board. I commend Mt Ephraim for having sales professionals like Joe Fabrizzio on their staff. My only negative commentary, when I bought my vehicle, the Detailing department appeared to be completely overbooked on the weekend. To compensate for this Joe Fabrizzio personally cleaned my vehicle before delivery and has me coming back for the detailing that would have been done at time of sale. I would suggest there would be more thought on behalf of management put into scheduling/ workload of the detail shop to meet the demands of weekend sales., especially around holidays and special year end events. Changed my driving life!!!! I walked into the dealership with no hope of getting the car I wanted so bad! Not only did I get the car I desired, I drove away putting less than the I walked into the dealership with no hope of getting the car I wanted so bad!
