Horrible customer Service If the salesperson wasn't busy talking and dealing with another sales rep and actually provided full attention at the time of signing maybe I wouldn't If the salesperson wasn't busy talking and dealing with another sales rep and actually provided full attention at the time of signing maybe I wouldn't be without a car right now. I posted something about what happened. But from someone telling me "Not to sweat it" and a sales manager screaming at me over the phone I will never go there again. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. The mistake was on their end they got my registration and certificate of title filed under my current address and my loan under my old address that I haven't lived in in 2 years. They found out the problem when it was too late. I bought a car from them before and paid the car off it was mine at the time of trade. I had no problem making the payments and when I hadn't received anything from them I kept calling and was told not to worry they will get to you in July. Well that didn't happen and just to get someone on the phone after the deal is done is terrible. I don't see the sales rep on the list his name was Shannon but the manager that screamed at me is listed. More
