5 Star Sales Experience!! This was my first attempt at leasing a new 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 with a recovering credit rating from past years of damage. Working with salesman, Esaias This was my first attempt at leasing a new 2015 Ram 1500 4x4 with a recovering credit rating from past years of damage. Working with salesman, Esaias Murphy and sales manager, Robert Peters was the best experience at a car dealership in a very long time. Esaias took the time to show me every new Ram model available on the lot that I was looking for and even did some research on incoming models to make sure I'd find the right Ram 1500 for me. Then, Robert Peters worked with me, with no pressure, to find the right payment and trade allowance for a total kick-ass buying experience that earned them both two very appreciated and satisfying hand shakes when the deal was done!! There is no place else to go... period! First Purchase was a Dodge Charger Rallye edition. This was a purchase for my wife. Beautiful Car, at the price that we told them we could afford. My wife had surgery, Steve delivered the car for us locally since we have children. Fast Forward 5 months, I have wanted a B5 Blue ScatPack Charger since they were announced. I finally was in a position to get a car. When I walked in to the dealership, Alex assured me he would get me the vehicle, and guess what? HE DELIVERED ON HIS PROMISE!!. Steve helped me once again through the sales process, Albert with financing, and locating the vehicle, and Michael helping facilitate my contact with Steve. a new vehicle i cant drive! I drove an 1.5hrs to purchase a vehicle. I brought a check for the full amount so they had min work to do. They insisted on doing my tax & tags there, I drove an 1.5hrs to purchase a vehicle. I brought a check for the full amount so they had min work to do. They insisted on doing my tax & tags there, so to my knowledge everything was done. They called the nxt Thurs. saying I needed to inspect the car & send the paper to them. I next day mailed it that Mon. Now Joe P said I HV to wait 6-8wks for tags when they only gave me 20day tags so I'm SCREWED! I keep calling and they act like I'm bothering them. The title lady was rude. Robert Peters was of no help, again I felt as if I was bothering him! Joe acts like its my problem and doesn't return my calls. He said the title lady had no tracking # what business mails official documents with no tracking! They need to do something! I spent 62k on a car I cant drive. No one even apologized for my inconvenience! Terrible customer service after your money is in their hand!!! More
