Stolen personal items I dropped my car off recently to have some issues fixed. while my car was there a few of my personal items that I had LOCKED in my glove compartment I dropped my car off recently to have some issues fixed. while my car was there a few of my personal items that I had LOCKED in my glove compartment were stolen. The manager did nothing about this! They said, they have a sign that says they are not responsible for stolen items. I understand this policy but my things were stolen out of my locked glove compartment so that tells me it was something that worked there. Multiple chances multiple failures Here’s a story of over a year of awful service from this dealer. I bought my used Audi from this dealer in around August of 2017. From the beginni Here’s a story of over a year of awful service from this dealer. I bought my used Audi from this dealer in around August of 2017. From the beginning this place was not on their game. The loan approval process took 2 hours... this has taken me 15 minutes in the past. I was then told that the car wasn’t ready to go and needed to go through detailing after it was bought. I was sent home in a rental and told to come back the next day. The following day, I arrived to a vehicle that had not been detailed or serviced.... another unnecessary 2 hour wait followed. This is where to awful experience usually ends with a dealer but I made an awful mistake with my loan. I purchased a life time oil change and tire rotation policy with the car. This is where the real frustration began. I go to leave and they don’t have the plates I gave them to be transferred to the car on it. I have to wait another hour for them to find it. My service was also supposed to cover one key replacement a year. The key I was given died as I go to get in the car to drive off the lot. They say no big deal and order me a replacement. Once o get said replacement it is only the FOB and not the Kay that is part of it. Beyond that, they cannot program it and won’t help with the cost to get a key cut or the fob programmed from Audi. This was all on me. Literally died as I was getting ready to drive it off the lot. Months later I go in for my first oil change, took 4 hours but everything seemed okay in they end. Wrong. I get home and my hub cap is missing. They didn’t lock it back in place. At least they replaced it. Literally 2 weeks after I let them service it I have catastrophic engine failure and have to replace the entire engine. $7,000 out of pocket but I knew that there wouldn’t be any concern from them. Engine gets replaced, drive for a few months, and it’s time for another oil change. I’ve already paid for this lifetime service so I decide to not waste my money and give it another shot. This time I wait another the hours and get informed that they destroyed to threads in my oil plug and they will have a replacement here in 45 minutes. 3 hours turns into 5. Demand an update and I’m told it’s on the way. After 7 hours of waiting for an oil change I am told that it won’t be here today and I will be sent home in an enterprise car... I get a manager and explain how tired I am of all this and tell him I just want a refund out of this lifetime service deal minus 2 oil changes. This jerk responds back from my request to never come back to their store and walk away with a refund by telling me that my next oil change will be free.... I ALREADY HAVE “FREE” OIL CHANGES. I BOUGHT LIFETIME ONES WITH MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE. In the end I come back the next day to a fixed car and leave. I don’t know what I was thinking going back again... but I did. I made sure and scheduled the oil change this time and arrived a little before my appointment. An hour and a half later I leave, happy for once and even schedule another appointment because this one went so well. I was wrong. I just got done scratching my knuckles to pieces in a sketchy parking lot, ripping the plastic from underneath my car loose because it was being held on by one screw and dragging the ground. THEY CANT EVEN REATTACH THE PLASTIC TO PROTECT THE UNDERCARRIAGE CORRECTLY. TL;DR: This dealer cannot service or do anything correctly on the first try. They break something every time and don’t care. They won’t refund or work with you. They will lie to you about when things will be done and will underdeliver and agree to things they won’t do. More

Finally got whole of advisor and truck had not even been look at.. I went back and got my truck and advisor had no remedy to correct the problem. I will be taking my business to another dealer. More
