The sales department is THE ONLY department worth a flip at this place. Instead of "certified" service it should be "shade tree" service and don't even get me started on the parts department.....bypass these hacks. Order your parts somewhere else and take your service to people who don't wake up every morning thinking of ways to get one over on their customers. Thank you Mtn Spew. More
