Came in. Wasn't anyone at the service desks and waited 6-8 minutes till someone spoke with me. After I got spoke to my vehicle took 3 hours to get serviced (oil/tire rotation). Wasn't told my truck was ready so I had to go to the service desks and ask then they said it was ready. If I didn't have a service plan I wouldn't be going back. More

I needed only a starter. They charged me 200.00 for something I didn’t need. Car is 2006. After they did the diagnosis. Guest what? The car only need a starter. Stopped in for oil change (by appointment), and also for a piece of trim that was missing off my 3 month old truck. Jose got me checked in quickly. They got.my oil changed in about 35 minutes, and ordered t a piece of trim that was missing off my 3 month old truck. Jose got me checked in quickly. They got.my oil changed in about 35 minutes, and ordered the trim piece I needed, which they covered with the warranty. I live an hour away, so Jose got the Parts Dept to ship the 9art to my house so I didn't have to come back a week later. Thank you Jose! More
