Service was very overpriced. Oil filter and Fuel filter service was almost $700. Service manager lowered the bill after discussing it with him and showing them national averages Oil filter and Fuel filter service was almost $700. Had an appointment made a week ahead of time. Dropped off truck at 7:45 am. Technicians did not even look at truck until almost 4:00pm and only after I had sent Jose several messages. When they did finally give me a diagnosis, they quoted a ridiculous price for back brakes and rotors at $1,100.00. I declined. Was quoted about half this price by another Ford dealership the next day. More

Mobile recall team came to fix seatbelts. They did not bring the equipment to complete the project.
