Mixed experience I gave 4 stars for my latest oil change appointment. I was very impressed with service (in a positive way), but, there was small disappointment - they I gave 4 stars for my latest oil change appointment. I was very impressed with service (in a positive way), but, there was small disappointment - they did not wash my car. Yes, I am very picky customer and expected that my car washed at the end of the service. They actually have big note posted on the counter that stated "if you do not want you car to be washed, please tell us...". So, as a default I assumed that my car will be washed, but it was not... When I see my car ready to be picked up (dirty as is was), I did not mentioned car wash because I was in a hurry, and have to leave for work. Well, lesson learned - next time I will specifically ask for car wash, no assumption that it is part of the package. Again, other than that service was excellent and I am very satisfied how I was treated as a customer. Many thanks. More

Experiences at Honda of Gurnee So, to start this off. I bought my car here and De Rosa was a pretty good business man so that was good. I signed 10miles on the car when it actually So, to start this off. I bought my car here and De Rosa was a pretty good business man so that was good. I signed 10miles on the car when it actually had 20 with the one I was given, nothing big just thought I’d put that there. But, where the star rating comes from is I thought going to a Honda Dealership for service on a Brand New Civic would be perfect sense, well I’ve been there a few times, and I mean like 3 times, and each had some kind little issue. I forget the very first one, but the 2nd time they forgot to put a cap back on after changing the oil which gave my car a weird and loud noise. Same exact thing happened to my brother luckily he caught it on time before leaving the dealership as he was aware of my experience. The 3rd time which was very recently, was that they felt the need to remove my coffee cup out of the cup holder and lay it on the my passenger seat. Why? No clue why it would bother them if you ask me. Most of my work is done at Honda Of Kenosha because of these experiences at this location. More
