Oil change & tire leak I was able to get assistance as soon as I pulled my car into the service line. Jasen greeted me with a smile and listened to what I needed done. GREAT.....couldn't be happier! Our 1st Pilot was purchased from Nick Kretsch 13 years ago from Rosen. Because we were so pleased with our 2005 Pilot, we knew we wanted another one. I was thrilled when I walked in and saw Nick there. Nick did not fail us with our 2019 Pilot either. He made the whole experience a pleasure. Nick is knowledgeable, friendly and just a good guy. We are very happy with our decision and the staff at Muller Honda. Also, your Finance gentleman, Eric Bass ( I think) was also a pleasure to work with setting up our financing. He was fast and knowledgeable as well. Maybe you could check and see if he could use more insurance folders...…….. The whole process was great from beginning to end. More
