Glad I bought my car at Muller Honda of Gurnee I had been looking for a new Honda pilot, I went and looked at a couple of different Honda dealers, I researched what we wanted exactly, in regards to I had been looking for a new Honda pilot, I went and looked at a couple of different Honda dealers, I researched what we wanted exactly, in regards to features and trim level, and color. I got the best price from Muller and a good value on my trade in. I also got a good interest rate.There was no back and forth game on the price. got my price, and finished the deal. Dave was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. I have had more than my share of salespeople who knew less than I about a vehicle. After I gave the car to my wife she noticed a couple of small issues with the vehicle, something with a door weather-strip, and couple of marks on the plastic side molding. There was no," well it happened after you picked up the car". they took care of it right away. I cant think of a better experience in the purchase of any of my cars over the years. More
