I knew very little about the VW Tiguan because my husband did all the research for our new car. However, Muller VW in Highland Park restored my faith in car buying. We worked with Andrew primarily and he was awesome to work with. No high pressure sales. He educated us on the car, rode with us as I test drove the car and answered all our questions. We were upfront that we were going to look at other cars. When it was time to leave, Randy, the sales manager came out and showed us and discussed the features that set the Tiguan apart from the other car manufacturers we were looking at. At no point did he disparage any of the other manufacturers. He just wanted us to be informed. And..that made all the difference in the world for me. After doing our due diligence, we ended up coming back two days later and bought our Tiguan. 😊 More
