While the dealer provided an excellent mechanism, Lance provided the knowledge and the professionalism that made our sales experience the best we've experienced. There was no stumping Lance. From the time we walked into the showroom, to the test drive and the price presentation, Lance provided nothing but his well-educated information to us all along the way making our decision to lease a new 2018 TLX a no-brainer. He left us with no reason NOT to buy a car from him and Mullers. The one thing that sealed the deal for both my wife and myself was the test drive. From the moment we got into the car, Lance was constantly showing us the features of this car which was interactive. He asked us to use the features of the car during the drive which left us with an impression that this was the car we needed to buy. Other salespeople would normally just sit in the back seat and make small talk. I've been a sales rep for 25 years. I've been through all sorts of training and worked with some of the best salespeople you could ever meet. After only a year in the business, Lance has the ability to walk with the best of the best. All the salesman we had met at other dealerships has few things in common - not truthful, didn't have or made up answer for our questions and they were very pushy to sale you wherever. However, with Sebastian the first day we work with him he answered all our questions even suggested better ideas. There was no pressure at all, told us to take our time to think out it.
