He was very responsive to my inquiries and employed no pressure whatsoever as I deliberated over the purchase. It was very clear to me that he was an advocate for me to enjoy the experience more than he was simply looking to make a sale. I had not purchased a used car in a few years and this dealership was new to me as it was out of my home state.
