The dealership was very organized and had a great selection of cars to pick from. All the employees working here were very friendly and knowledgeable about Acura cars. Everyone here genuinely seemed like they wanted to provide a good shopping experience for the buyer. In particular I had the opportunity to work with Lance and he was amazing! Hands down the greatest car salesman my parents and I have ever gotten to work with. He was very informative about everything with the car and made it a very easy experience for myself purchasing my first car from a dealership. He offered to show me every single feature with my car and was willing to answer any questions I had. Lance was not pushy at all and genuinely wanted myself and my parents to have a great car purchase experience and we did! The entire process was very easy. I will definitely recommend Lance to any person I know looking for Acuras! More

This was my first time having my car serviced at Muller's Woodfield Acura, and it was a positive experience! My service advisor was George Zivulovic. Bobby was great to work with, made our experience a good one which is why we returned to Muller Acura to purchase a car! As for the finance department, it was great working with Jeff. He was to the point an one which is why we returned to Muller Acura to purchase a car! As for the finance department, it was great working with Jeff. He was to the point and no xx, he explained what was covered and what was excluded so it made our decision a lot easier. The only thing we were not happy with with the finance percentage. Seemed a little shady when he presented us with a higher than expected rate but the was “able to get it lower”. Other than that it has been a wonderful experience and Bobby still reaches out to see how we are enjoying our new MDX! More

We bought my RDX in 2019 and always have had great service. Waiting room is always clean and free snacks and coffee/ water. They keep you informed as they go along working on vehicle. I've been a Honda customer for several years. Decided to changeover to Acura.
