Let me start out by saying I bought my first TL from Muller's 13 years ago and they have performed all the maintenance on it. Their service department is the bomb, very friendly and forthcoming. I had email exchanges with a couple dealerships including Muller's and just found their replies to be more direct and less misleading. I came in and met Dan Blanchfield, the Internet Sales Manager and he was friendly, straightforward, and left out any of the BS that can make the act of purchasing a new car so painful. I feel I got the deal I expected, Muller's took into account my long history of leveraging their service department, and end-to-end, it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend Muller's without hesitation. More
