I bought a Mitsubishi Eclipse which boasted 105 point inspection, halfway home to Grand Blanc, MI., the engine oil light comes on, I call Dan and he said bring it in and we can look at it but not right inspection, halfway home to Grand Blanc, MI., the engine oil light comes on, I call Dan and he said bring it in and we can look at it but not right away, we are backed up. I said I don't want to wait and he said if you take it to a Mitsubishi dealer in Michigan, we won't back their service, I took it to the dealer and they replaced an oil sensor. When I FINALLY got my title, I emailed Dan and told him that I got the title and it was a faulty oil sensor -- NO REPSONSE. Also when I went to get the title transferred in Michigan they said for some reason, they miscalculated the sales tax so I had to pay for that additional cost at the Secretary of State -- the bottom line is THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP AFTER THE PURCHASE. I was actually going to look several other dealers before making my decision; which I have always done in the past, but it was Dan's refreshing honesty and lack of "pushiness" and the Muller Woodfield Acura Dealership's willingness to negotiate that made me buy a car at the first place i looked. Dan's follow-up was also first class. When on getting home with my Honda Odyssey, I found that there was no owner's manual in the glove compartment, Dan went out of his way to get me one. I truly appreciate Dan's way of doing business which I rate as second to none. For these reasons, I would highly recommend Dan and the Woodfield Muller Acura dealership to my family and friends and look forward to doing more business with Dan in the future. More
