Hello Chief0676 I’m sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with your truck and the lack of loaner vehicle availability, loaner vehicles are a courtesy and should be asked for in advance when scheduling an appointment. It’s disappointing that the issue wasn’t resolved despite the lengthy time your vehicle was in our care as you know water is fluid and it can come from many angles, leaks are extremely hard to find, we used the car wash tunnel to try locate your leak without success and as you mentioned in your review it only started to happen again after the last few days heavy rain.
