I was looking for a 2023 Ford Maverick. While I was eligible to purchase under the Ford Friends and Family program, no dealership would offer the vehicle under the program. The deal offered was suitable. We completed the deal and they even delivered the car to me 200 miles away. Upon inspection of the vehicle, I found a small scratch in the door and after the dealership installed they drop in bedliner, they failed to replace the upper forward tiedowns. These were not big issues, but I did want the dealership to address them. My salesman, Joan, followed up on these issues for me. The dealership provided touch up paint and the tiedowns. I am very grateful for the effort of Joan for following up and ensuring that I was satisfied. I would recommend Joan and his dealership if you are considering buying a Ford vehicle.
