My experience at your dealer ship was not what I would expect. Made appointment to streamline the process but that did not happen. It took around 3 1/2 hours. When we came back in to purchase the new vehicle we were not given all the information which on the loan that has cost me a 2.2 % loan instead of getting a 6.9 % loan. I do beleive that giving an honest information is a good motto in business. More

I am happily driving a new Ford Escape which I absolutely love! Not only did I get the best offer on my trade-in, but I saved between $2500 and $4000 over competitive dealers. Car buying can be absolutely love! Not only did I get the best offer on my trade-in, but I saved between $2500 and $4000 over competitive dealers. Car buying can be stressful as many dealerships give you a time-consuming "song and dance" to sell you a car. No so at Mullinax! For starters, (unlike the majority of dealerships in Central Florida) the prices shown on line are the REAL prices -- No hidden add-ons. You only need to calculate tax and tags which will vary with every purchase/trade-in. My wonderful agent, Todd Cales, gave me all the info I asked for, up front and to the point. Management did the same! Once the car was detailed and ready for pickup, Todd went thru all the awesome features my new Ford has to offer -- and there are many! Because of Todd's professionalism and knowledge, he was extremely helpful to me. The entire management at Mullinax Ford was equally professional. I honestly can't say enough good things about them. And, on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd have to give them a 15 !!! My only regret is that living in an adjacent county, I didn't discover them many years ago! Sincerely, Barb Stusse More
