Unfortunately, during these current times, we are booking transmission repairs 2 to 3 weeks ahead as there is a high demand and those repairs involve more than 1-2 days’ work. That is why we immediately had the technician stop working on another appointment and diagnose your vehicle on the day you arrived so that we may pre-order all parts necessary before scheduling the repair to expedite your vehicle. Since your vehicle was operational and drivable, it was not required to have it parked while waiting for parts to arrive. Javier, your advisor, did reach out and try to schedule your vehicle for repair within a week's time frame once all parts were in stock and available. We are truly sorry that this did not work within your timeframe. We are genuinely sorry to lose your business and wish you all the best with your vehicles in the future.
