Brought my 2009 Matrix in for oil change, alignment, airbag recall, some small service items. Was given 5 star treatment by everyone I came in contact with. Because the airbag recall took a long time, the dealership provided a loaner vehicle so there was absolutely no waiting involved. The service adviser, Mike Young, kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle. Will continue to use this dealership for all future service. We are looking to purchase another Toyota in a year and will definitely be heading up to Alton.
