We had a 15-year relationship with Plaza Lexus but the person we worked with had retired and the dealership was sold so we decided to open the door to Mungenast Lexus. We could not be happier with our decision. Kyle is so down to earth and I do not think I can fully explain how at ease he made us feel, which is so welcoming these days. We were looking for not only a solid and highly reputable dealership, but a salesperson that we can completely trust as our family and business purchase a lot of vehicles every few years. We're extremely happy the new 2024 Lexus TX we purchased from Jeff Johnson and the Mungenast Lexus team. Jeff was extremely informative and provided zero pressure assistance. Mungenast even provided a service tech whoe spent 30 mins reviewing all the features in our new vehicle before leaving. I had the sheer pleasure of purchasing my second LS from Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis. Although I would never buy anything else but a Lexus. I was apprehensive because the previous salesman, who was a real Mungenast Lexus of St. Louis. Although I would never buy anything else but a Lexus. I was apprehensive because the previous salesman, who was a real gem, was no longer at that dealer. I gave Mungenast another try and WOW! Nate Hopson, true class and very professional. He helped guided me to the right color and trim package. Nate is a very good listener, knows what's out there in Lexus world and can get what you want.
