My salesman Chad and the GM Tony were fantastic. Coming from Mercedes these guys did not disappoint. They were transparent with pricing throughout the whole deal and were able to do what Mercedes could not from Mercedes these guys did not disappoint. Excellent Customer Service Under Extraordinary Circumstances I purchased my 2016 Lexus RX350 at the end of its four year lease. As this transaction occurred at the height of the Corona Virus, all loan arrangeme I purchased my 2016 Lexus RX350 at the end of its four year lease. As this transaction occurred at the height of the Corona Virus, all loan arrangements and paperwork details were handled over the telephone. A packet of documents requiring signatures was prepared by the Mungenast finance department, and our salesman brought them to my house. He waited in the driveway while the papers were being signed and took them back to the dealership. Neither my wife nor I had to leave our home to complete this purchase. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty. More
