Perhaps I could have negotiated a better price as I bought a 2013 model after the 2014 models became available, but haggling over price is not my forte so don't view my '4' rating in the price category as a negative. I simply think a more assertive buyer might have done better. The Hyundai practically sells itself. The warranty is unexcelled, and one can't beat the roadside service without stepping up to the likes of a Mercedes, and I'm not sure that would really be a step up. I suggest prospective customers go to Murdoch Hyundai of Logan, look up Chris Knighton if they are in the market for a new vehicle. More

I had a great experience being a first time car buyer! I expressed to the salesman that I worked with that I do not like finding out things I didn't know afterward. First off I would like to say we were taking our 2006 Cadillac Escalade EXT to your service dept. for anything and everything needed because, you have the best service people around as far as my wife and Cadillac Escalade EXT to your service dept. for anything and everything needed because, you have the best service people around as far as my wife and I are concerned, and we are treated like family at Logan Murdock Hyundai service Dept.. So we just took the Cadillac in for our 100,000 mile service and we decided to kill time and look at the Sonata Hybrids while we were waiting on our service work and met Nathan our salesman and started to ask questions about the car and was so impressed with how well the ratings on the car were, and how well Nathan responded with exact answers without having to look up any of the information or the well I'm not sure let me ask someone response we have gotten from the Chevy dealer or let me get you a brochure when we were shopping for a new car in 2006, so Nathan told us to go ahead and take it for a test drive and we test drove the Sonata Hybrid we LOVED IT and the way we were again treated like family by Nathan and your sales dept., and that's the reason we decided to buy without looking any further. WE feel like family at Murdock Hyundai, and we get the best service in the valley. Keep up the great friendly treatment and service and I will never buy another car from anywhere else but Murdock Hyundai. Thank you Nathan and everyone at the Logan store you're all special to us. I must say that I had an excellent experience with Murdock Hyundai of Logan. Our Sales associate Skylar Hobbs was terrific working with him. Skylar's wasn't pushy in all he wanted was a sale.
