WITHOUT A DOUBT, I have never experienced better service at a car dealer. EVER. I'm a very blunt, transparent, and sometimes brash person; meeting Russel and having a sales associate that listened, was relaxed and sincere was a breath of fresh air. Once I found a Fusion, the transition from sales to finance was ridiculously simple. This is where Kaden shined. When I say that these guys are top notch, that doesn't even do these guys enough justice....
