I have my 6th in as many years, my wife her 2nd and dream car, my son and daughter in law their 1st Ford each, and it wasn't easy turning them from the dark side [ref the little kid dressed like Darth Vader starting the VW] Kaden Taylor and Russell Rexford really worked hard for all of us, Russell went WAY above and beyond finding each of us that one particular vehicle that we wanted, even as far as to search out of state to find my new F150, to which I am extremely grateful, and I'm just as excited as my wife that she finally got her mustang rag top! Kaden had been my sales rep for years and now is a finance manager and STILL puts as much hard work into helping with financing as he did in sales, always making me feel that he genuinely had my best interest at heart. Both are to be commended for being outstanding Human Beings, something very rare to find in the auto industry. I was introduced to Kaden Taylor, who is now the finance manager for Murray Ford, and Russel Rexford as my sales associate. Let's get to the point... WITHOUT A DOUBT, I have never experienced better service at a car dealer. EVER. I'm a very blunt, transparent, and sometimes brash person; meeting Russel and having a sales associate that listened, was relaxed and sincere was a breath of fresh air. Once I found a Fusion, the transition from sales to finance was ridiculously simple. This is where Kaden shined. When I say that these guys are top notch, that doesn't even do these guys enough justice.... I will forever buy my cars from these guys, if that means they move to a different dealer, I will be following them. You want the best service you've ever experienced?
