My husband and I were looking for a used VW. Murry had one and it was perfect for us. Brent Hitt, our sales rep. was kind, very helpful and we were treated like family. I've had the VW Beetle fo Murry had one and it was perfect for us. Brent Hitt, our sales rep. was kind, very helpful and we were treated like family. I've had the VW Beetle for a few weeks now and love it. Even when we had a challenge with the battery, they were accommodating with the cost of a new one. I bought a Bronco today and my salesmam was Dan Lazzaro and the finance Manager was Mike McKenzie. I have always dreaded buying a car, but this was the most pleasant experience, it was like working with pe and the finance Manager was Mike McKenzie. I have always dreaded buying a car, but this was the most pleasant experience, it was like working with people I had known for years. They are honest, knowledgeable and straight up good people. I will recommend them any chance I get. Oh and we were even given the name of a great place for lunch in Keystone McHenry’s Pub. You should check it out. More

I was unhappy about parts of the negotiations. I agreed to come up on my down payment by $2000 if they would be able to come down and we would both meet in the middle. I came up and no one met me I agreed to come up on my down payment by $2000 if they would be able to come down and we would both meet in the middle. I came up and no one met me in the middle. I didn't find that out until I go to the finance office to sign the paperwork. There are cosmetic issues with the vehicle that I was willing to overlook if they would be willing to meet me in the middle with being fair and coming down in their price. That didn't happen which has weighed on my mind over the last week and not left a great impression. More
