I went in for a oil change awesome service quick and easy work. I wish they would have put the same oil filter on that was on it but I will say something next oil change. I live 2 hrs away so it is not convenient for me at all just to head that way for parts when they said they’d be theirs. Other than that it was a great experience! More

Turned my SUV in for an inspection and was told by the service person Jeremy that it would take more time to find out the issues and said he needed approval to go over the $89 initial fee and said it woul service person Jeremy that it would take more time to find out the issues and said he needed approval to go over the $89 initial fee and said it would be between 300-400 dollars to evaluate the vehicle and I told him that it was fine but if it's over that he has to let me know. After calling twice speaking with Taylor and 2 weeks later I get a call saying the vehicle was ready and the bill was $1099.00 without any approval from me. I've been a customer for 5 years which we own a company that send numerous Nissan vehicles to My Import. I was very disappointed with my service More

Overall MAI service does a very good job. From courteous reception to ongoing updates to work completion and explanation. On my last LOF service, they did miss one item I asked then to attend to - TPMS rebo reception to ongoing updates to work completion and explanation. On my last LOF service, they did miss one item I asked then to attend to - TPMS reboot. Without that hiccup I would have rated 5/5 instead of 4. More
