Has a 10:00am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. 45 minutes later my car still didnt move out of its parking space. Went to service and asked why. Said it was in line for a car wash. A car wash & interior vacuuming is provided…the car looks shiny & clean when it was delivered to us. The customer waiting area is clean & comfortable with popcorn & beverages available at no cost! Very impressed with our salesman, Mitchell. He was in continuous communication with us throughout the whole process and even called us to see how we liked the car after we took it home.
