1hr 20 minutes for a tire rotation and 30,000 mile service check is to long. Was told less that an hour. Taylor was my Service Advisor. I wanted a four wheel alignment and wanted it set to very specific specifications. She took notes and did exactly as I wanted. Well done Taylor. I also needed to have the right side fog lite replaced because of moisture inside the lense. I had come in a month earlier without an appointment just to have someone verify the condition and order the part, instead a rather rude young lady said you have to have an appointment so the technician can look at it. So I waited a month, then the part was ordered and I’m wanting to get the call that it is here and see how long I have to wait to get it installed. Not how I handled it in the departments I ran for a long time and has influenced my overall satisfaction with the service department. Love the truck, when I bought it Regan was a great Sales person as well as the guys on the desk and in Finance. Still Exceptionally Satisfied. More

Two issues: The percent of interest on a loan was changed and we were a little blindsided being told just before signing for a loan. We feel the signed document (7-29-21) we had with the 0% interest changed and we were a little blindsided being told just before signing for a loan. We feel the signed document (7-29-21) we had with the 0% interest should have been given to us but it wasn't. The additional packages that are offered by the finance people: No written documents to view before saying yes to any of them. All you get is a verbal review on an iPad which is very hard to see. This led to incorrect information being told to us and no discussion of details and exceptions in these packages was discussed. These packages have a lot of detail to read and should be given to the customer to read before signing anything. Otherwise everything was great. More
