Great service as always. Brought my Impreza in for an oil change, tire rotation and to see if the stain on the front seat could be removed. Sorry to say the stain is still there. My vehicle sat at the dealership for a week without being worked on. Told me I could get in before my appointment time and didn’t communicate with me during this time not was it worked on before the schedule worked on. I could have taken to my preferred shop to get worked on by the time I got in for a diagnostic. I also didn’t like the process for my repair estimate, very impersonal with a text/email versus a conversation with advisor. More
