Will not buy another vehicle from this place. Upon buying the brand new Ascent which was a month after buying a brand new crosstrek, I asked for a simple discount of some sort to just have the price of payme the brand new Ascent which was a month after buying a brand new crosstrek, I asked for a simple discount of some sort to just have the price of payment under $500.00 all they did was extend the payments for another year. Second reason we got the Simonize treatment done to the ascent which got all over the rims of the vehicle and created a mess which took quite a bit of elbow grease to remove. Third we got charged for out last which was suppose to be free oil change but since we were 89 miles over the 24,000 mile mark we charged for it . I get that it was past the agreement but 89 miles over really. Finally my uncle was in for a service and spoke about the experiences that I had and got the service department to call me about them, the conversation on phone seemed like he really didn't care and I'm still waiting on a return phone call since the 15th of June and it's now the 20th. I had better service and treatment Woodham's Ford which I plan on going back to them from now on. More
