When I dropped off my car for service there was an incomplete list of the week I had scheduled previously entered Into their computer. I was also told that I would be informed of what other issues they found as they ran diagnostics. I called my ride and left with the understanding that I would have some sort of contact. 6 hours later I still had not heard from the service people so I began attempting to contact them. Had I not contacted the service people I am quite certain my car would still be sitting there. After multiple Unsuccessful attempts to contact the service rep using the very means I was told to use(a provided text link) the service rep eventually called me and informed me of what the problems were but said it would be an hour still till the work was completed. I arrived at the appointed hour only to find that all of the service crew was gone for the evening. While they claimed to have changed the oil in my car, the sticker did not indicate anything had been done. The other work did indeed appear to have been accomplished. As I point of contention, when my husband brings his car to be serviced, it never fails that the car is washed and returned to him pristine. I have NEVER had this happen. I am rather disappointed in the service provided to me by this dealership. More

Jeremy at the service desk provided outstanding customer service. Had to have a tail light assembly replaced.
