This was the first time I had a near stress free service! I had two issues with my 2016 VW Golf GTI that we’re handled timely and professionally. Mickala is extremely attentive and does everything she can to make you happy! I was given a loaner car upon dropping my car off and when it was discovered 1 of the 2 issues weren’t remedied correctly they let me keep the loaner and had it fixed correctly ASAP. Roy and Tino made us feel like family. We have purchased several new vehicles all from local dealerships and we have never had an experience like the one that we had at My auto import. Roy and his apprentice Tino were so helpful and courteous to us. They made us feel at home and we were able to take our time with the vehicle that we wanted to look at. There was no pressure and no hovering over us. They also took time introduced us to people who would be helping us with servicing our vehicle for oil changes. Even our teenage daughter had a great time looking at the cars in the showroom, playing video games and having a snack and juice while sitting in the massage chairs.
