Awesome experiance!!! From my past experiences of purchasing an automobile, I was less than enthused when I realized it was time for me to start shopping for a new car. Truth be know, I actually was dreading the process and that gave into procrastinating the inevitable. We live in Lake Orion so I was attempting to work through dealers in S.E. Michigan but that only affirmed my feelings. Our son had purchased several Subaru's in the past from Trey at My Auto Import and spoke extremely highly of him and the dealership. He got with Trey to see what was available and worked the entire deal out for us. It was definitely worth the 2 hour and 45 minute drive to get there! Trey was great to deal with over the phone as was Bill Fisher, their business manager. Trey wanted to make sure that everything on the car was impeccable before we headed west. There was absolute NO PRESSURE from the time of my first phone call with Trey and Bill to the very end of the sale when we shook hands. The only regret I have is that we do not live closer to the dealer for our future service needs. This is the first dealership that I have dealt with that really works with a high level of trust and integrity and puts customer service experience to extremely high standards. Apparently they work hard to build a relationship with their customer and not to simply make a sale. Trey and Bill deserve a 5 star rating without a doubt. Thank you , Tim Noonan More

A Little Frustrated It was a very busy Monday morning and my wait was going to be longer than I'm used to. Our Outback was in for an oil change and general once-over. Whe It was a very busy Monday morning and my wait was going to be longer than I'm used to. Our Outback was in for an oil change and general once-over. When the car was finished I paid the bill and drove away. Noticing that the next oil change sticker only indicated 3,000 miles and turned around and returned. The service manager talked with the mechanic and they realized that he had put in the 3,000 mile oil and not the 6,000 mile oil that was requested. I had to return to the waiting room for another 20-30 minutes. I was given a free oil change for our next visit. More

I had called and spoken with them a couple of days prior about the possibility of having a second key fob progra My Nissan went in for a recall issue. I had called and spoken with them a couple of days prior about the possibility of having a second key fob programmed and the hide-a key cut. They were super accommodating, were able to give me an out the door price and had it all available the next day when i brought my car in. The service took the exact amount of time that i was quoted it would. The shuttle driver was pleasant and got me to work in one piece. All service members encountered were super friendly. The icing on the cake was that Beth had them wash my car after they were done and it still looks beautiful :) More
