We had a few specific problems with our 2010 VW Passat, some requiring diagnosis and cost estimates (heater coil issue, blower) for future repair cons We had a few specific problems with our 2010 VW Passat, some requiring diagnosis and cost estimates (heater coil issue, blower) for future repair consideration and some other, more minor, requiring immediate attention (windshield wiper replacement, oil and filter change) along with some questions about general performance of the car, e.g.., jerkiness of acceleration (a dual clutch phenomenon), length of fan blowing (seemed excessive to us). Agent was friendly and obviously quite knowledgeable; gave clear explanations and indicated what jobs would be done forthwith and which would be diagnosed for later consideration and assessment. Spelled out various options (with priorities) for undertaking future work. Overall, very pleased with the service. Nice waiting room, coffee, soft drinks and popcorn available. More

I've had my eye on the Ascent since Subaru announced it's upcoming release. Using their site, I was able to narrow it down to a few dealerships in the state. Having recently moved from Ohio, I wasn't familiar with any particular dealership. I reached out to My Auto Import Center about a particular Ascent they had listed. From the get go, communication has been stellar. Desire Burley was on top of keeping in touch with me, securing an appoint and did an excellent follow-up. I met with Andre Coffee and he was able to answer all my questions, put me into an Ascent to test drive and effectively closed the deal! The experience was straightforward and professional. I was treated with respect and made to feel that my business mattered to each employee there. While there was an unexpected delay in the arrival of my Ascent, it was handled professionally and I was kept in the loop of all the details. The delay originated from the plant holding the car back for various reasons, totally out of the control of the dealership. But, still they made every effort to communicate the status including receiving text messages from Andre on the arrival status. I should add that Mandy worked very diligently with distribution in order to get the Ascent on the truck so that it could arrive by the weekend. I thought that the Finance part of my purchase was a breeze. I submitted the online application prior to even seeing the car. When it came time to finalize everything, it was so easy. Just a matter of signing my name a few times and DONE! I couldn't have been more pleased. Jimmy Groesbeck was professional, personable and made the final piece of getting into my Ascent very smooth. All in all, I will say that this was a very positive experience and I was treated to exceptional customer service. It's refreshing to see employees display such integrity, professionalism and kindness. I will be sharing my experience with everyone I know that is even thinking of acquiring another vehicle. More
