Patient, Friendly, Caring buying experience So happy to return to Subaru of Muskegon for our second Subaru purchase. Started our shopping experience with Austin in sales a few months ago whil So happy to return to Subaru of Muskegon for our second Subaru purchase. Started our shopping experience with Austin in sales a few months ago while we waited to sell a GMC Sierra. At first my wife and I were unsure if a new Outback or Crosstrek would best suit our needs and he was patient and welcoming each time we visited the dealership. Austin answered questions, or sometimes had a short conversation with us and always made us feel welcome. He never rushed our process and that is hard to find. After selling our truck my wife and I stopped in to price out an Outback and found Austin was not working that evening. Jake stepped in to assist us and we were not disappointed. Jake worked with us, again patiently and helped us negotiate the best Outback and price to fit our budget. Again, he never rushed us and was very patient even staying until 9:30pm to make sure our deal was finished. We couldn't have gotten our Outback without his assistance. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rebekah who worked the finance for us, and really exceeded our expectations. The entire staff at Subaru of Muskegon have earned our repeat business for a reason. They work for you to get you into your best deal. Can't say enough great things, and would definately reccomend them to anyone. They will not steer you wrong.
