The process went smoothly with Jeff allowing us to drive the car for as long as we needed to determine we liked it. Jeff also patiently answered all questions we had. We liked everything except the vehicle pulled consistently to the right. Jeff immediately set up an appointment with the service department. Frank, in service, was extremely helpful. The tires were rotated and alignment fixed in a quick fashion and at no charge. Frank helped answer other questions I had regarding the vehicle. We have had the car for a week now and love it. My only complaint was that we were offered a very low price for our 2012 Acadia trade-in, so we are just going to sell it on our own. We will definitely return to this dealer the next time we are looking for a used vehicle. More
