Tops ratings for almost everything. Friendly, prompt, nice waiting room and clean. Not top rating on pricing. They tried to charge me $170.00 for an oil change. The Temperature Control Valve in my 2020 Subaru Forester failed on July 15. When it failed the cruise control, accident avoidance system and connected systems failed. They were on back order before mine failed. Subaru blames the infamous "logistics problems" for not being able to repair our cars. On Saturday, Oct 15th, our car has been without the features I paid a premium for. My Subaru of Muskegon is not at fault, Subaru is. However we gave up three trips so far because of this problem. I would have expected that My Subaru, other Subaru dealers and Subaru would provide loaner cars with these safety features operable. However, none has even been offered. It has been so long that I don't even remember who plugged a scanner into our car and said "Yes the service tech in Indianapolis was correct, the Temperature Control Valve has failed." At least finally, this week I was given my first update on when our car will be repaired by Javid Zahir. However all he had to tell me was that My Subaru was sorry and I would have to wait longer. The Subaru National Customer Service had previously promised me my car would be repaired within two weeks. That was three weeks ago. I drove to Grand Rapids from Zeeland yesterday and cold engine light was still on when I reached my destination on the East Beltline. I am dreading driving it as late fall and early winter is beginning. More

Went here for the 1st time, since we have had issues at the Grand Rapids dealership. The people we met here were very nice. The issue is that when we got our car back it was filthy. Oil a and grease on the door, steering wheel and drivers seat. Had to buy leather cleaner for 20 dollars to get it off. Tried contacting the manager many times, and left voicemails, but no response. Cannot go back to a place that treats a car that way. Update, the manager did call me back after posting my review. He seems like he is genuinely concerned about dealing with the issue. We will see, if we choose to give them another try. More
