They actually provide customer service. I thought it was extinct. They actually look at the car versus just do what the computer says. They are propmpt, communicate well, and honest. They fixed a plate that was hanging down, cleaned mud out of wheels, rotated and balanced. Problem solved way cheaper. I think most places would have taken advantage and done more costly work. Rob Gould was the sales representative that took care of us. He went above and beyond what most sales representative would by keeping us informed about vehicle arrivals. That was important because we live a us. He went above and beyond what most sales representative would by keeping us informed about vehicle arrivals. That was important because we live at least 60 miles from the dealership. Then once we purchased he made sure everything went smoothly for us including delivering the vehicle to our home and had his wife follow him so I wouldn’t have to take him back to the dealership. That was important because my wife has health issues that prevents her from driving so I had no way of getting to muskegon without leaving a vehicle there. A problem for me but his solution of delivering and having his wife pick him up solved that problem. He continues to follow up with us to make sure we are ok and do not have issues that he could help with. Definitely a special “car salesman” and person! More
