First time I have not been extremely satisfied with them. They were really short handed so there's that. Went in for oil change. They found the air filter behind glove box was needing to be replaced. Went out, paid, and went to get in car. Glove box on floor. Called rep over. Not only did they not put glove box back in, they also didn't put in the filter. The rep did it, was fine. On way home, noticed my front passenger window would not go down. (Window lock was off, all other windows worked.) It worked that morning... Also noticed clock was wrong time. Was right when I got there. Not really sure if it's a giant coincidence, or they touched something? Going to take back end of week. More

We had been searching for a Subaru for a number of weeks. When we entered the dealership I had a feeling that just maybe the search could be over. Mitchell contributed greatly to the end result of us purchasing a very nice vehicle. Greg in Business did an awesome job as well putting a nice package of financing and an extended warranty together for my son, Patrick, who was purchasing his first vehicle. We had outlined our goals and comfort zone level and the guys worked hard to make it happen. Both Mitch & Greg deserve ten stars apiece!!
