was very unhappy this time. did usual free oil change and tire rotation. I asked for wiper blades also. So go back and tell them wheres my wiper blades i ordered? oh im sorry, we didnt give the order to the mechanic and then charged me 35 more dollars for the blades. it ended up being way more than i had counted on spending and it took almost two hours. not happy More

Taylor explained everything to me and was prompt with my appointment. I appreciated that the technician didn't recommend replacing parts right away due to the CEL being intermittent. I managed an auto service repair facility about 20 years ago, so I know what good customer service looks like. I enjoyed the complimentary beverages and popcorn. I just moved to the area from Farmington. My preferred repair shop down that way was Fox Volkswagen in Rochester Hills. Before that, it was Williams Automotive Lansing. Trust is huge for me.
