We had an outstanding experience at My Auto Import Center today purchasing our Audi! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Our salesman, Brandon Kelch, was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured—he truly listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect fit. Brandon has even become a friend through this process. Nick Kelly, the Sales Manager, made sure everything came together seamlessly and treated us with honesty and respect throughout the process. Nick has also become a friend, which speaks volumes about the kind of people they have on their team. Tom Balaskovitz in Finance made what is often the most stressful part feel simple and transparent, clearly explaining all of our options without any pressure. And Bill, the Business Manager, ensured every detail was handled with care and professionalism. They also gave us more than a fair trade-in value for our VW Touareg, which we truly appreciated. In addition, we previously had our Touareg serviced here and had such a great experience that it’s what initially led us to return and ultimately trade it in for a new Audi. Even though we did not meet the General Manager in person this time, it was clear he was involved behind the scenes in helping guide the process and decisions, and we still felt we received excellent treatment from him as well. Because of the trust and confidence they’ve earned, we plan to use My Auto Import Center for all future servicing of our Audi as well. It’s rare to find a dealership where the entire team works together so well to create such a positive customer experience. We left feeling confident, valued, and excited about our purchase. Terrible buying experience at My Auto Imports. I bought a used Jeep that they claimed had a clean multi-point inspection. Within a week, the engine started ticking, and a mechanic told me it likel I bought a used Jeep that they claimed had a clean multi-point inspection. Within a week, the engine started ticking, and a mechanic told me it likely needed new rockers and valves. After initially ignoring me, the manager finally told me to bring it in and that they would “take care of it.” They kept my Jeep for over a week, I spent almost $500 on a rental, and then they told me there was nothing they could do—completely going back on their word. They wasted my time and money, and I can’t trust anything they say. Always get a used car independently inspected, and don’t rely on the dealership’s promises. More

Sat 8/23 traveling from CVG to Grand Haven; front Right wheel blowout on I96 @ 75MPH. Road service changed to spare (UGH!); drove @ <50mph last 130mi to Grand Haven (lived @lake for '77 - '85). Somebody from somewhere smiled on us. What a pleasure dealing with a young man possessing traits performing customer service the way it's taught but sadly more than not rarely experienced. I speak from 50 years of small to large corporate responsibility both U.S. and dealing with European, Asiatic and African personnel in similar companies. Zach quickly procured similar tires, correctly interchanged locations and mounted, checking for potential problems (wheel bearings, rim condition), keeping us informed of progress and promptly notified completion. Our visit/vacation could now continue unhindered. I know US AUDI (Virginia) keeps track of its various locations regarding business practices, including by visits (Have had various Audi experiences, as well as Porsche and GM/Ford due to cars owned and currently possess). I shall presume both Audi Muskegon as well as Audi US know how fortunate they are to have Zach presenting the "Audi" face to/with customers. IF NOT, THEY HAD BETTER LEARN RAPIDLY, lest competitive businesses grab him for their benefit! More
