Very pushy about selling extra stuff. I had to repeatedly decline. There was hidden fees inside the registration fees. Cost me an extra $500 for you to pay my DMV fees for me. I wasn’t shown the itemized bill for this until I asked for it 2 days later. If the finance guy (Thomas) would have shown me up front I would’ve declined and went to the BMV myself. It was an extra $1000 on my loan. Very dishonest way to do business. Sammy was great and would but another vehicle from her, if she worked at a different dealership. More
