Honestly We were expecting to be taken advantage of. They were the most honorable and honest people. They knew my mom didn’t have the best credit score. What they didn’t know is that for a lot of years my family owned a couple of auto repair shops, or that my dad was a mechanical engineer. We know customer service (especially the untrustworthy kind) and we know used cars. In our businesses it was always about helping people. Above and beyond. That’s what we found here. This isn’t a family business, like ours was, but they treated us like family, same way we did to our customers.
