Customer service has been great. However, I have had some concerns regarding the inspections. For example the inspection sheet has indicated my tire pressure was checked, and the tires were filled to the cor concerns regarding the inspections. For example the inspection sheet has indicated my tire pressure was checked, and the tires were filled to the correct air pressure. This did not happen. As soon as I started to drive my vehicle after it was serviced, the low tire pressure light was on. Also I was told on one of my visits my air filter needed replaced. I did not replace the air filter. The following appointment for routine maintenance, the inspection check sheet indicated my air filter was in good condition, and not in need of replacement. I have several concerns regarding the inspection process. I feel my vehicle is not being inspected thoroughly, and the inspection check sheet is being pencil whipped. I have contacted the service department and requested to speak with a manager to share these concerns. I was told there was not a manager available. I left my name and telephone number, asking for a call back. I have not heard anything from the service department. More

My Grand Cherokee need a water pump. Your device desk looked up my vehicle by vin and told me that even though the power train warranty had expired , there was an extension of warranty on my pump.
