Recall eco diesel Staff was friendly and scheduling was easy. However they had few details on how this recall would affect the performance, fuel consumption, def consum Staff was friendly and scheduling was easy. Also had oil change required light come on while traveling home. I am not due for 2000 more miles and they did the oil change. I called and they could not tell me why or if there was a new oil change interval after recall. Said I should come back in but was unable to that day. Overall they where as helpful as they could be but fiat Chrysler needs to do a better job informing there service teams for these type of recalls. It’s the only reason I would not give five stars. Very kind and welcoming I went in because my cooling fan was loose. They looked at it and agreed, then they replaced my cooling fan.
