Great deal on a used car I went to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep after going to Beach Automotive looking for a mid-sized sedan. At first I test drove a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Unfort I went to Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep after going to Beach Automotive looking for a mid-sized sedan. At first I test drove a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. Unfortunately as a college student that was a little out of my budget. I let Mike know what cars I was interested in and he let me know right away when they got a Ford Fusion in. I test drove it the next day and loved it. I was going to purchase it the next day and Mike and Andy went above and beyond to get me in the car and got me a great rate on a loan. The only thing I was not too happy with was the trade in value on my truck, but I understand because it had over 150,000 miles on it. The sales staff was much more friendly than Beach Automotive and cared more about getting me the car that I wanted than getting a sale. More

Last Minute Hijinks I found a used car on Autotrader.com that was being sold by this dealership at what I thought was a good and fair price. I went for a test drive. All I found a used car on Autotrader.com that was being sold by this dealership at what I thought was a good and fair price. I went for a test drive. All seemed good. I promised to come back after I thought about it, and I never felt pressured. So far, so good, right? The next day I took my wife with me to test drive this car, which had been errantly marked as Certified. The previous day had been cold and I'd forgotten to try the AC. On this day, it was hot, and the AC didn't work. Well, I thought, I I'll ask for them to repair it. Everything else looked good. The car ran smooth. They promised to fix the AC for me and work with me to get the rate I wanted in terms of the financing. They said they could even beat my bank. I was ready to buy a car! I initialed a bunch of paperwork, I transferred my funds from one account to the other so that I was ready to give a downpayment, and my wife even drove away, knowing I'd come home in my new car. So far, so good, right? Well, right before I went into the Finance Dept office, I was handed a sheet informing me that there was also a leak in the water pump and a rear valve leak. They told me they could add $600 dollars to my bill and get it all repaired. There was also a report saying the check engine light was on, even though it wasn't in the car for the test drive. I know, I know--I realize that most used car dealerships wouldn't even tell you about this. But my problem is this--why not tell you UPFRONT that this is the problem and this is how much it needs to get fixed? I probably would have worked with them. And I know, I know. This is what all used car salesmen are like. But I tell you, this dealership brands themselves as being honest and trustworthy. If so, why even have a car like that on your lot? And why tell me at the VERY last minute? Well, because they were scheming. And thank God I didn't buy this car, because I sure as heck was about to. More

From the moment we pulled onto the lot we were greeted with exceptional customer service. Our sales associate was very helpful and tailored our purchase specifically to our needs. We told him what we wanted and what we were able to pay, and he made it happen. You hear the worst stories about car salesmen, but this dealership was amazingly friendly and forthright. They gave us a lot more than we expected on our trade. It was actually more than the quote we received online from Kelly bluebook, and they were also able to get our monthly payments right where we wanted them. This was overall just a great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car. More
