Responsiveness This is the fourth or fifth vehicle I have purchased from M.B.C. and the entire dealership seems to be failing in several areas. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from Jenn Wilsey. The features of the car were not explained. No business cards were handed out. No roadside assistance cards were handed out. Questions were answered in one word answers. For instance, is there a spare tire? Answer: No. No further explanation on any questions I asked. Phone calls are not returned, e-mails are not answered. Even the service department is unresponsive. I'm trying to get a hitch installed on my Jeep and I can't seem to be able to get through to anybody at the dealership. Service told me the parts were ordered on Dec. 2nd. I haven't heard from them since. I do hope Bobby Gale reads this. I am very unhappy I bought the vehicle and wish I could get my money back and go buy a Ford. Jim DiFazio More
