I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade from Jenn Wilsey. The features of the car were not explained. No business cards were handed out. No roadside assistance cards were handed out. Questions were answered in one word answers. For instance, is there a spare tire? Answer: No. No further explanation on any questions I asked. Phone calls are not returned, e-mails are not answered. Even the service department is unresponsive. I'm trying to get a hitch installed on my Jeep and I can't seem to be able to get through to anybody at the dealership. Service told me the parts were ordered on Dec. 2nd. I haven't heard from them since. I do hope Bobby Gale reads this. I am very unhappy I bought the vehicle and wish I could get my money back and go buy a Ford. Jim DiFazio More

Go somewhere else I bought a 99 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on 28 October 2015. I have zero issues with how the deal was handled. However, I was issued a temp ta I bought a 99 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on 28 October 2015. I have zero issues with how the deal was handled. However, I was issued a temp tag that expired the day before it was issued. Clearly a mistake. I've requested a new tag 3 times. I still haven't gotten a satisfactory resolution. My take is this: after they get your money, you're on your own. Good luck. More
