Go somewhere else I bought a 99 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on 28 October 2015. I have zero issues with how the deal was handled. However, I was issued a temp ta I bought a 99 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on 28 October 2015. I have zero issues with how the deal was handled. However, I was issued a temp tag that expired the day before it was issued. Clearly a mistake. I've requested a new tag 3 times. I still haven't gotten a satisfactory resolution. My take is this: after they get your money, you're on your own. Good luck. More

After searching for weeks and in a 100 mile radius of Myrtle Beach on many, many car dealership websites for a used VW beetle, I settled on Myrtle Bea After searching for weeks and in a 100 mile radius of Myrtle Beach on many, many car dealership websites for a used VW beetle, I settled on Myrtle Beach Chrysler. They had a 2012 VW Beetle on their used car lot that was so well maintained it looked and drove like a new one. However, it was more than the perfect car for me, the dealership and sales people cinched the deal. The experience started with my first phone call, they were the most friendly and helpful of all the sales people I dealt with over the past few weeks. Over the years when I purchased cars the thing I remember on every occasion was the salesman/women pushing their calling card into my hand before I even had time to say hello! Not so with Myrtle Beach Chrysler, their sole attention was focused on me and what they could do to make my car buying experience a good one. They succeeded! I wound up buying the 2012 VW, received the deal I wanted and their interest rate was much better than my Credit Union. I would recommend, and will, the Myrtle Beach Chrysler dealership to anyone who will listen. (A side thought, all though I really, really appreciated not being flooded with salesman's cards, I actually didn't receive any from anyone in the show room. I would like a card from the salesman and the used car manager sent to me so I can use their names when complementing their service to my friends, thanks). More

When I've had questions (even while driving) he's always been able to diagnose the situation and, has expedited any requred service apptmt, My Grand Cherokee diesel has averaged over 30 mpg during the past 30,000+ miles (18+ mpg while towing my 2-horse trailer to Bangor, Maine) and has an amazingly quiet engine.. I have absolutely NO regrets over my purchase and subsequent service at Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep -- I love my Grand Cherokee diesel Jeep! More
