Happiest Day Ever!! I have been a loyal Honda fan since I bought my Honda CRV in 2003, however when I did not enjoy driving the new CRV's and felt that it was time to tra I have been a loyal Honda fan since I bought my Honda CRV in 2003, however when I did not enjoy driving the new CRV's and felt that it was time to trade in my 2001 Honda, I was very upset. I decided to test drive a jeep, I was greeted promptly by Robbie Gale soon after my arrival, although I was apprehensive about a jeep, Robbie made me feel very comfortable, and he helped me understand the value of a Jeep. Once I did a test drive, I was hooked, I do not feel that I was hassled, judged, or pushed to make any decisions, and I drove away a proud happy owner of a 2015 Jeep Compass, this year has been a tough one, and Robbie Gale and his team got me the best deal, I left feeling happy and very proud of my decision to buy a Jeep. Excellent first time buyer experience I was referred to this dealership and Lou Davis by a family member and I could not be more pleased with my experience. I was very nervous because I had no idea what to expect but Lou was great at listening and assessing my needs and budget. I also appreciated how straight forward he was with helping me find a new (to me) car. Not in the least bit pushy. We ended up fining the perfect car for me and my budget: a gorgeous 2012 Mazda 3 with low mileage that was also very well kept. Eric from the financing department was also helpful and straight forward, and helped me into findings the right extended warranty for my new car. Above and beyond! My husband and I were stuck with a significant amount of negative equity from leases in our past. MB Chrysler Jeep was the third dealer we went to to help us. Third time is a charm! They found us a vehicle with a great rebate to absorb some negative equity. But, unlike other dealers, they kept rebating it until all of our negative equity was gone. We are forever grateful, it feels like a weight was lifted off our shoulder. Troy, Marshall, and Shane all helped us. They go above and beyond to serve their clients, we will recommend them to everyone and make sure to go back when it's time to trade in again! More
