The next afternoon the car was repaired and all is well. We needed a car to get around and he facilitated this. He told us he would do what he could to get the piece needed for the Jeep so we could return home on schedule. He told us Friday which was cutting it close BUT the car was repaired by Thursday evening. We were so relieved. Chrysler series of the Town & Country Van for the last four years and we were looking for a exceptional model and a dealership that would give a good price for our trade-in. Myrtle Beach Chrysler had the right vehicle which was a 30 year Anniversary edition of the Town & Country and they offered a reasonable price for our trade in. Things may seem rosey for some,but rest assured those are the same folks that were lucky enough to have zero issues. For those of you looking for some kind of recourse, file complaints with the FTC, Consumer Affairs, BBB or the State Attorney's office. They should be held accountable for their deceptive and dishonest business practices! More
